REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from date of delivery to return item.
***All returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT(discount code). Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) have been delivered. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
- Items in their original packaging.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, unstained.
- Sellable condition.
- Tags are attached to garments.
- All merchandise item/s must be returned in its original “unused” condition.
- Products purchased during a promotional sale period (30% off or more) or on markdown/final sale.
- Products without their tags attached.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for bras, underwear, bathing suits, and accessories.
- Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, body or deodorant odor.
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
- Products that appear to be damaged in any way that include (makeup, fake tan and deodorant stains).
Management will inspect and approve all returned item(s) when received and has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition.

In the case of a missing item, we will either send you the item within 1-3 business days once we have been notified or if the item is unavailable, we will send you a full refund which will be deposited back to you within (3-10 business days).
Instructions for returns:
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for covering shipping cost to return.- All returns are at the sole responsibility & expense by the customer (including the required shipping cost to & from our warehouse) unless:
- Customer is missing item/s or order/s
- Customer received wrong item/s or variant (e.g. color, size, etc.)
- Customer did not order the item/s or order/s
- Customer received duplicate item/s or order/s
